End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and BirdSpeeches ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). It governs the use of the BirdSpeeches software application ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.


1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or business purposes, as intended.


2. Restrictions

You are not allowed to:

3. Ownership

We retain all rights and ownership of the Software, including all intellectual property. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Software.


4. Updates and Modifications

We may provide updates or modifications to the Software. Updates may be installed automatically or require your consent. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.


5. Privacy and Data Collection

By using the Software, you consent to our collection and use of your data, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law.


6. Termination

This Agreement is valid until terminated. We may terminate it at any time if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete any copies in your possession.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use the Software.


9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
